Our founders, Albert and Virginia Farver, bring a powerful combination of industry expertise, heart, and family values to Farver Services and the valet trash industry. Albert brings over 16 years of hands-on experience in waste management, having served with both Waste Pro and Waste Management and Virginia complements that vision with a wealth of experience in administration and people-focused service. Her leadership, attention to detail, and compassion help guide our company’s daily operations and long-term goals.
